Many thanks for arranging this trip! It was tremendous. The tour guide was excellent. He was responsive to my needs and quickly caught on to what I enjoyed doing. He was well informed about the natural world, a safe and careful driver, and a good cook as well. On the last day at the longhouse we had a picnic on a beach in the river where he and the boatmen cooked rice, chicken, fish and veg in bamboo tubes: I think this was one of the best meals I've ever had.

At Bako your guide proved to be exceptionally good at spotting animals and plants, and telling me about them. The information I received from the company was accurate and appropriate. At the longhouse I learned that this was not the case with all agencies (one group of Dutch people had been led to expect modern bathrooms and individual bedrooms, while another German couple had expected holes in the ground instead of flush toilets, for instance).

Sarawak is such a wonderful holiday destination with many diversity to explore. There were alot of things we wanted to fit into a 2 weeks stay. Insar Tours made it possible and easy in helping us organised tours that worth the trip. The tour operator was efficient and delightful to deal with.  Our driver and guide were lovely friendly people who became our friends, and all of them couldnt do enough for us. 

Our visit to Borneo was enjoyable and unforgetable. We are planning to return to Sarawak to explore areas that we didnt see last time. We assure Insar Tours will assist us in organising another great holiday.

Our first school trip to Sarawak organised by Insar Tour. We were overly delighted with the programs, the level of service, especially the welfare of the students, which was our tour operator's greatest concern. The students were under extensive care. We felt very safe, relaxed while enjoying the cultural visits and natural wonders around Sarawak.

The highlights of our last school tour were our riverboat trip up to the Iban longhouse, the orang utan centre and the wildlife sightings at Bako National Park. Their fabulous guide kept us supplied with a constant stream of fascinating information about the plants, trees and animals, as well as the customs of the local people. 

We will definitely be back again - jumpa lagi!
